Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: Pasco, Washington, United States; on-site

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 annually, plus a discretionary year-end bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise multiple Project Managers overseeing multiple electrical construction projects.
• Manage projects up to $30 million or several large projects simultaneously.
• Direct project planning, execution, cost tracking, reporting, and closeout.
• Coordinate on-site foremen, contractors, vendors, owners, and internal operations to maintain schedule and budget.
• Support business development, marketing, cross-selling of integrated solutions, and customer follow-up.
• Promote an injury-free work environment and safety culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience selling, estimating, and managing multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years of construction project experience, or the stated equivalent combination of foreman and project management experience.
• Experience managing projects with 100,000+ man-hours and a strong record in electrical subcontracting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, construction methods, QA/QC procedures, system turnover, labor, materials, and contracts.
• Experience with heavy power distribution, instrumentation installation, process control, and system integration.
• Competence in earned-value tracking, labor efficiency, crew composite factors, detailed take-offs, and electrical estimating.
