What you will do

  • Engage oncology specialists and key oncology customers across academic centers, large group practices, integrated delivery networks, and community accounts.
  • Deliver clinically focused selling messages supporting the launch of a bispecific agent for multiple myeloma and other malignancies.
  • Build relationships with designated accounts, understand customer objectives and challenges, and align approved oncology resources to customer needs.
  • Partner with regional directors, oncology account specialists, reimbursement specialists, and regional science managers to resolve customer needs and develop territory strategies.
  • Conduct market profiling to understand healthcare delivery systems, influencers, payer structures, and local market trends.
  • Identify business opportunities, support contracting pull-through, and maintain strict compliance with pharmaceutical promotion policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced education or certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful oncology sales experience; hematology-oncology experience is preferred.
  • Buy-and-bill experience with biologics is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with key opinion leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
  • Current account management experience with large oncology group practices or integrated delivery networks, plus strong knowledge of hematology-oncology and the oncology marketplace.
  • Ability to travel and cover a large geographic territory. Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, collaboration, and compliant selling skills are required.
