Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate

Location: Zeeland, Michigan, United States; onsite only, not open to hybrid or remote work

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle technical recruiting process, including selection criteria, screening, interviewing, wage negotiation, hiring, and onboarding.
• Source technical talent proactively for current and anticipated openings.
• Conduct prescreen interviews, evaluate candidates, and present qualified resumes to hiring managers.
• Manage job requisitions and advise hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Represent recruiting efforts at early-career, manufacturing, and community events.

Requirements

• At least five years of corporate recruiting experience.
• A four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR staffing processes, technical or engineering technology, employment law, applicant tracking systems, internet recruiting, interviewing, and staffing assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Current and continuing legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a manufacturing organization.
• Willingness to travel overnight or work outside normal business hours.
