Guest Operations Coordinator (Hospitality)

hirify.global is a proptech startup providing fully furnished apartments for stays starting at one month, with offices across Western Europe.

What you will do

• Support guests throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out, by handling communications, recommendations, questions, and issue resolution.
• Conduct field visits to ensure apartments are ready for guests.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor to complete daily operational tasks in occupied units.
• Manage relationships with plumbers, electricians, housekeeping teams, and other service providers.
• Update guest and operational information in the property management system and track requests through internal platforms.
• Help create processes and procedures that improve hospitality and property operations.

Requirements

• C1 French or C1 English
• At least one year of experience in a hotel front desk or reception role, or in customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams.
