Implementation Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: London (Shoreditch), hybrid; office attendance required three days per week, with core hours from 10am to 4pm. Occasional work from anywhere is available for up to four weeks per year.

Salary: £32,000–£45,000 per year, plus equity or share options up to £7,000.

What you will do

• Run online and in-person training sessions for NHS users, supporting groups of approximately 30–300 participants.
• Demonstrate the full functionality of hirify.global products and stay current with product updates.
• Support onboarding and scale Scribe usage and adoption across NHS practices and trusts.
• Design, build, and test new training content.
• Use data, automation, and AI to improve internal processes and the user experience.
