Engineering Co-op (Warehouse Solutions)

Location: Onsite in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States. Six-month co-op cycle from January 4 to June 25, 2027, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: $20.42–$35.70 per hour. A separate $1,000 travel stipend is paid as a lump sum in the first paycheck.

What you will do

• Support implementation and sustainment of operations processes that improve logistics, applied labor, and manufacturing quality.
• Document custom applications and train operators on their use.
• Analyze operational data and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Work with engineering, production, and IT teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Document findings and recommend efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and technology integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Beverly, Massachusetts facility during the co-op cycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Python, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Understanding of data visualization and analysis techniques.
