C&IB Client Solution Advisor (Trade Finance)

Location: PA - Pittsburgh (15222); in-office position

What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers on the International Trade Finance team.
• Implement complex products and services, analyze requirements, gather deliverables, and maintain client-specific procedures.
• Coordinate implementation projects across clients, service partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Document requirements, identify customization needs, manage project documentation, and report on progress.
• Resolve implementation and production support escalations while maintaining positive client experiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert, coordinate workflows and meetings, coach staff and clients, and develop training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of client relationship management, customer support procedures, process management, and sales support.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, decision-making, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must work in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
