Senior Technical Project Manager (Martech)

What you will do

• Organize and manage key client projects from analysis through delivery.
• Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Oversee planning, follow-up, time allocation, and administrative coordination for configurators and developers.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships while supporting and motivating project contributors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing and implementing CRM or marketing automation projects.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions.
• Experience working with Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business language into technical language.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
