Senior Technical Project Manager, Advanced Develorpment (Hardware Technology)

Location: Billund Project House, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Coordinate the development of software and hardware solutions and technology platforms across the full product life cycle.
• Work with engineering colleagues and strategic development partners to introduce emerging and advanced technologies into products.
• Lead project delivery within agreed time, cost, quality, and volume targets.
• Plan project activities, coordinate workstreams, monitor dependencies, and ensure timely decisions and deliverables.
• Drive agreement across engineering, manufacturing, and other functions, escalating unresolved issues to senior governance stakeholders.
• Manage change control and identify, track, and mitigate project risks.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in consumer electronics engineering project management and delivery.
• Experience with robotics, mechatronics, mechanical, electronics, systems, or a closely related field.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams across engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing, and other organizational areas.
• Strong understanding of processes, tools, and ways of working in technology development projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, partner leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for new technologies, innovation, and entrepreneurial problem solving.
