Technical Project Manager (Marketing Automation)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Organize and manage key client marketing automation and CRM projects.
• Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate configurators and developers by overseeing planning, follow-up, and time allocation.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and support colleagues in day-to-day project delivery.
• Ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing and implementing CRM or marketing automation projects.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modeling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions.
• Experience with agile methods, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business language into technical language.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
