Senior Digital Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation support is offered.

What you will do

• Launch a digital enablement community to accelerate responsible adoption of AI and productivity tools.
• Shape governance, guidance and standards for end-user technology use.
• Develop and deliver training on Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Partner with super users across Business Service Operations to share knowledge and solve adoption challenges.
• Facilitate super-user forums and engagement activities that improve individual productivity.
• Assess emerging digital opportunities and collaborate with Product Managers to distinguish experimentation from formally developed product solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience using and explaining Copilot, GenAI, Power Automate or similar digital tools.
• Experience delivering training, change-management activities and adoption programs.
• Ability to plan independently, set direction and turn ideas into practical actions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear messages for different audiences.
• Experience with project or product management approaches and structured execution.
• Curiosity about how technology shapes people, processes and organizational capabilities.
