Site Manager (Warehouse Automation)

Location: Arden, Denmark; extensive international travel and long-term assignments at customer sites worldwide required

What you will do

• Take overall responsibility for projects from handover by the Project Manager through successful onsite completion.
• Lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance.
• Manage multidisciplinary site teams including Site Supervisors, Commissioning Engineers, PLC Software Engineers, and WCS/WMS specialists.
• Drive planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule management for site activities.
• Act as the primary customer contact onsite and manage project changes, communication, quality, and delivery expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and the Site Excellence framework.

Requirements

• Substantial experience managing installation projects at customer sites.
• Degree in Marine Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Strong technical understanding with proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse automation, logistics systems, mechanical and electrical installations, and commissioning is advantageous.
• Ability to take ownership of project performance, team success, competing priorities, and customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally and undertake long-term assignments at customer sites worldwide.
