Senior Manager, Novelty Development (Manufacturing)

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not offered.

What you will do

• Lead a team of around 10 specialists, including mechanical engineers and project managers.
• Deliver special novelties through the development flow, from design handover to implementation in running production.
• Oversee decoration and assembly solutions while balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Guide technically complex projects and reduce risk across the novelty portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvements and resolve production or launch-related implementation issues.
• Transform Product Development designs into manufacturable solutions for multiple global production sites.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering or project teams delivering complex technical projects.
• Accountability for project quality, cost, and timeline outcomes.
• Engineering-related expertise or experience in a comparable technical field.
• Experience directing technical leads and guiding development, design, or equipment-related work.
• Experience implementing structured project management processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills at C1 level or above, written and spoken.
