Hospital Billing Launch Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area or Remote in the United States

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 base salary annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own hospital launches end to end, from contract signature through stabilized production billing, serving as the named account contact.
• Build the hospital billing launch playbook, including diligence workflows, customer management processes, billing rule configuration, and automation.
• Translate complex hospital environments involving multiple tax IDs, EHRs, and institutional adjudication rules into executable implementation plans.
• Coordinate daily with implementation, product, payer enrollment, operations, sales, and account management teams.
• Own accounts after go-live and drive stable, repeatable collections before transitioning them to long-term management.
• Define SLAs, handoff processes, and the future scope of Launch and Account Management functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS technology company.
• Experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and strong project management capability.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, or a robust analytical background in finance or consulting.
• Ability to build processes without an existing playbook and operate autonomously in ambiguous situations.
• Confidence leading discussions with health system CFOs and revenue integrity teams.
• Strong ownership mindset, sound prioritization, and ability to identify blockers before they become escalations.
