Client Operations Specialist - Enterprise | Remote, USA

What you will do

• Support Client Managers with accurate and timely quotations for products and services using Salesforce.
• Provide client service and respond to requests by phone and email.
• Prepare and submit orders to purchasing and coordinate deal registration.
• Provide sales reporting, analytics, and historical pricing analysis.
• Coordinate communication between Client Managers, operations, services teams, manufacturing partners, and clients.
• Manage multiple incoming requests and resolve operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or client services.
• Experience with CRM software; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, prioritization, independent judgment, and functional arithmetic skills.
• Ability to build relationships, solve practical problems, interpret sales instructions, and work in a request-driven sales partnership.
• An associate degree or equivalent education and experience is preferred; technical or information technology industry experience is also preferred.
