Recruiting Coordinator

Salary: £39,000–£45,000 GBP per year, with potential bonus and equity for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve interview coordination, scheduling processes, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver an effective candidate experience for complex searches.
• Resolve ambiguous and escalated scheduling and logistics issues, including executive interviews, multi-site panels, and cross-time-zone coordination.
• Maintain offer letter templates and approval workflows while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify, implement, and measure process improvements and automations across recruiting workflows.
• Administer Greenhouse and ModernLoop, interpret recruiting policies, and advise recruiting and hiring teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
• Experience improving processes and independently solving complex problems.
• Experience with offer processes, recruiting systems administration, or coordination programs.
• Sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations with limited direction.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication.
