What you will do

• Manage daily worker bookings according to client requirements and established parameters.
• Record worker hours accurately in the internal payroll system.
• Conduct daily check-ins, manage absences, and complete return-to-work interviews.
• Monitor attendance and performance and conduct disciplinary processes when required.
• Respond to colleague queries and ensure operational compliance.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in coordination, recruitment, or site support within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, resolve issues, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of building effective working relationships.
