What you will do

• Manage daily worker bookings according to client requirements and established parameters.
• Record worker hours accurately in the internal payroll system.
• Manage temporary workers through daily check-ins, absence tracking, return-to-work interviews, attendance, and performance processes.
• Conduct disciplinary procedures and respond to colleague queries.
• Maintain compliance and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in coordination, recruitment, or site support within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, resolve issues, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized, and determined approach to decision-making and delivery.
