Business Development Representative (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada; sales activities cover Canada and the United States.

What you will do

• Develop new business leads and strengthen existing prospect relationships.
• Research prospects, qualify opportunities, and book pitch meetings with target accounts.
• Conduct multichannel outreach through email, phone, and social media using sales enablement technology.
• Create prospect communication plans in collaboration with the sales team.
• Improve sales development processes and coordinate with internal departments to support product demonstrations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development Representative role, preferably in SaaS consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic.
• High motivation to succeed individually and as part of a team.
• A BS or BA degree is preferred.
• Must be based in Canada; relocation and work permit application assistance are not available.
