Senior Project Manager (Radiopharmaceuticals)

Location: Remote or office-based in Sofia, Prague, Budapest, Warsaw, Lisbon, Bucharest, Johannesburg, or Tbilisi. Travel of approximately 25% may be required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute clinical project plans for radiopharmaceutical and radioligand studies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day project and program activities across EMEA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement.
• Prepare project documentation and reports for clear, actionable stakeholder communication.
• Apply industry trends and emerging technologies in precision medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, and targeted oncology therapies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
• Required experience in radiopharmaceuticals or radioligand therapies.
• Extensive project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
