Business Systems Analysis Manager (Corporate Communications Systems)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid schedule requiring work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000 per year, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for corporate communications platforms, including intranet and internet solutions, CMS, email marketing, campaign management, event management, and employee engagement technologies.
• Analyze complex business needs, processes, data, and systems to define reliable, scalable solution strategies.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, release scope, governance, and success measures for Workplace technology products.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, process models, specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Lead product backlogs, planning sessions, testing, demonstrations, deployments, and operational readiness across business, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Oversee scope, resources, risks, budgets, third-party providers, platform integrations, and technical decisions while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data and analytics, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years supporting corporate communications, internal communications, employee experience, digital workplace, or marketing technology solutions.
• 5+ years of product or project management, requirements gathering, specification writing, roadmap ownership, and deliverable management.
• Experience with Agile methodology, Jira or a similar requirements-tracking system, cross-functional engineering teams, and third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Must be willing to work in the New York office and contribute from the office at least four days per week. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills are required.

• Media industry experience or experience supporting enterprise communication technologies.
• Experience with digital asset management technologies and complex business process workflows.
