Technical Business Analyst II

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $75,600–$113,400 annually. Geographic-specific pay structures may apply, including $83,200–$124,800 and $86,960–$130,440.

What you will do

• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, business partners, and subject matter experts in an agile environment.
• Learn a business domain and document current-state, future-state, and gap analyses.
• Gather fact-based business, system, technical, and intake requirements.
• Independently author low- to medium-complexity user stories and features.
• Assist throughout development, including test plan coordination and review.
• Execute testing activities such as UAT and checkouts while applying project management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of industry or business experience.
• Experience or domain knowledge gained through internships or similar roles.
• Deep familiarity with agile and Scrum development environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder relationship, business acumen, process, and technical and digital skills.
• Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical details, and solve straightforward problems using judgment and technical experience.
