Location: Franklin, Wisconsin, United States; corporate onsite role

Salary: $81,280–$121,920 annually. Geographic-specific ranges may apply, including $89,440–$134,160 and $93,440–$140,160.

What you will do

• Support discovery, planning, and delivery of initiatives in the Post Approval domain.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Gather fact-based requirements across business domains and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts.
• Author medium-complexity user stories and features and support higher-complexity development efforts.
• Coordinate and review test plans, scenarios, coverage, and results, including sign-off on testing outcomes.
• Use project management skills to advance modernization initiatives and operational commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of prior experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder influence, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex problems and recommend solutions using judgment and experience.
