Associate Director of Talent Acquisition (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote within the United States where hirify.global operates. Global opportunities may be available in Canada, the UK, and Australia for candidates who permanently reside there and have established work authorization.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while setting recruiting goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
• Manage high-impact and executive-level searches through the full recruiting cycle, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and close.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on hiring strategies, workforce planning, market conditions, and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Own Ashby ATS administration, recruiting workflows, interview processes, automations, templates, scorecards, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analytics covering funnel health, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, recruiter performance, and hiring KPIs.
• Improve candidate experience, inclusive recruiting practices, employer branding, recruiting efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading recruiters or Talent Acquisition teams.
• Required experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations roles.
• Demonstrated success recruiting executive, leadership, and highly specialized talent while owning full-cycle recruiting.
• Advanced sourcing experience, including Boolean searches, networking, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Strong ATS expertise, recruiting analytics experience, stakeholder management, project management, communication, and knowledge of compliance requirements across multiple countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox.
• Experience recruiting across multiple global markets.
• Background in a digital marketing agency, technology company, or professional services organization.
