Analyst for Strategy and Operations

Location: Remote within the United States; based in the EST or CST time zone and available during client hours. Travel to client sites may be required, typically up to 25% for many engagements.

What you will do

• Support client strategy and operations engagements across assessment, design, implementation, and operational projects.
• Prepare organized, high-quality written and presentation deliverables within schedule and budget.
• Research client operations and operating models and apply relevant frameworks and tools.
• Translate assessments, issues, and insights into documents, tools, and data models.
• Develop industry perspectives and competitive analyses for assigned industries.
• Collaborate with managers, consultants, and project managers on client delivery.

Requirements

• US citizenship or Green Card status is required.
• Availability to work in the EST or CST time zone during client hours.
• Typically 0–3 years of full-time experience, preferably in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Accredited US or Canadian bachelor's or graduate degree, preferably in engineering, business, computer science, analytics, mathematics, or another research-oriented field.
• Experience with research, data analysis, lean or continuous improvement, change management, writing, and presentations.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, project environments, and financial or technology analysis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of utilities, energy, or manufacturing.
• Ability to leverage AI tools.
• Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, PMI, or PMP certification.
• Experience with project management.
