Business Analytics Manager (Tableau)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 Business Analytics professionals.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions and executive dashboards.
• Partner with technology and business leaders to translate reporting needs and complex data into actionable insights.
• Establish reporting standards, data quality controls, dashboard governance, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in analytics processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
• Direct people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development; roles at this level typically require at least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Advanced Tableau dashboard development and administration experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into dashboards, reporting solutions, and actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree and typically 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft analytics technologies.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations or technology leadership teams.
• Experience with large, complex datasets, multiple data sources, data governance, KPI development, and dashboard design.
