Manufacturing Manager

Location: Menomonie, Wisconsin, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Travel may include up to 10% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $221,591–$270,834 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Lead engineering and business teams supporting products and manufacturing assets at the Menomonie site.
• Execute strategic and operational planning aligned with divisional goals.
• Drive capital expenditure discussions focused on productivity and technology improvements.
• Improve yield and productivity across extended value streams with business and operations partners.
• Supervise, coach, and develop engineers while aligning goals and performance.
• Support EHS, quality, service, cost, continuous improvement, operational discipline, and customer service initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Leadership, supervision, communication, coaching, change management, conflict resolution, delegation, goal setting, motivation, and strategic planning skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Compliance with U.S. export control requirements and assessment of U.S. person status may be required.

Nice to have

• Continuous improvement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement or principle-based leadership.
• Emotional intelligence and experience managing complex, multifaceted problems.
