Program Manager - Transformation and Strategy

Location: Remote with weekly presence at the Lille headquarters in France

hirify.global, part of the InPost Group, operates in the out-of-home delivery market in France and is transforming its delivery business through strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

What you will do

• Coordinate a portfolio of strategic transformation projects, sequencing priorities and managing interdependencies.
• Support project managers, business owners, and sponsors from scoping and planning through execution and closure.
• Design and run governance processes, including steering committees, decision logs, executive updates, roadmaps, budgets, and KPI reporting.
• Track and escalate portfolio-level risks, issues, and dependencies while driving resolution.
• Translate early-stage initiatives into clear scopes, milestones, resource plans, and success metrics.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, change management, adoption, and project management standards across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT.

Requirements

• Higher education in business, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 6–10 years of project or program management experience, ideally in operations, supply chain, consulting, or transformation environments.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in decentralized or matrixed organizations without formal hierarchical authority over contributors.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
• Fluent French and professional-level English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
