Productivity & Gross Margin Regional Program Owner

Location: Based at an hirify.global location in Europe, preferably in France, Ireland, Germany or Italy. Listed locations include Bernin, France; Agrate MB and Treviso, Italy; Dresden, Germany; and Leixlip, Ireland. Travel is required 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Identify, assess and prioritize productivity and gross margin opportunities across European Field Service Organisation teams.
• Maintain the regional opportunity portfolio, roadmap, business cases, priorities and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption and benefit realization.
• Track milestones, risks, constraints, adoption and financial outcomes, escalating issues when needed.
• Validate headcount avoidance, gross margin and service profitability benefits with Finance, Analytics and business stakeholders.
• Represent the region in Productivity Centre of Excellence governance, business reviews and operational alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, industrial engineering, productivity, service operations or a related function.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrix organization from identification through implementation and value realization.
• Strong analytical, business-case, stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability in KPI-driven environments.
• Ability to work from an hirify.global European location; relocation is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Semiconductor equipment or Field Service Operations experience.
• Experience in productivity improvement, service profitability, digital transformation or operational excellence.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or SAP.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP or related certification.
