Director, Global Programs

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $146,000–$204,000/year base; expected OTE of $175,000–$250,000/year including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead global managers and individual contributors across Value Consulting, Proposal Writing, Program Management, and Partnership Solutions.
• Oversee value consulting methodology, ROI narratives, enterprise proposals, and RFP responses across regions.
• Direct program management resourcing, processes, visibility, and reporting for cross-functional Solutions initiatives.
• Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals through regional Partnership Solutions teams.
• Align priorities, staffing, and processes with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Partnerships leadership.
• Establish operating metrics and design the organizational structure and hiring plan for future growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, program or business operations, or a related client-facing function within B2B SaaS.
• 4+ years of experience managing managers or multi-team organizations.
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and building consistent operating rhythms.
• Strong program management, prioritization, resourcing, executive reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating across AMER, EMEA, and APAC time zones and regions.
• Ability to build team structure, processes, and metrics in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with value engineering, ROI methodology, and enterprise RFP processes.
• Experience supporting Partnerships or Alliances functions and partner-sourced deal motions.
