PMO Manager (Energy)

Location: Hybrid, with locations in Milan, Italy; Spain; the United Kingdom; France; or Poland.

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 gross per year, based on the Italian labour market; compensation may vary by location.

What you will do

• Establish and continuously improve project management standards, governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Lead business process optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, remove inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Govern project management tools, KPIs, and reporting processes to support consistent execution and data-driven decisions.
• Analyze process non-conformities, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with Quality teams.
• Support digital transformation through process standardization, continuous improvement, automation, and scalable operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management approaches.
• Experience with LEAN principles, Value Stream Mapping, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills in international, cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel as required.
