Technical Program Manager, Customer Delivery (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Toulouse, Occitanie, France. Relocation assistance to Toulouse may be available.

What you will do

• Own Mission Development Plans, identifying required work, coordinating committed work packages, and driving delivery against launch-anchored deadlines.
• Manage the Customer Offering Portfolio and identify capability gaps for upcoming missions.
• Partner with Customer Delivery Engineers to ensure the required capabilities, plans, and tooling are available.
• Represent customer and operational constraints in product planning and manage new feature deployments into operational use.
• Run cross-functional reviews, report progress and risks, and maintain alignment with leadership and customers.
• Engage with customers, including executive stakeholders, on scope, schedules, and capability tradeoffs while improving delivery processes.

Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of professional experience in technical program, product, or engineering roles.
• At least 3 years as an Engineering Program Manager or product-focused Technical Program Manager at a product-driven technology company.
• Experience taking products from definition through deployment, including release readiness, cross-team dependencies, and post-deployment quality.
• Experience in the satellite or aerospace industry, with knowledge of spacecraft systems, mission operations, or payload development.
• Experience working directly with external customers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude, communication, organization, and prioritization skills for managing multiple parallel workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with satellite on-orbit operations, commissioning, or ground segment software.
• Technical leadership experience with engineering or technical teams.
• Experience managing product or capability portfolios, roadmaps, or plans of record.
• Experience with international customers and distributed teams.
