Microsoft Technology Specialist (Microsoft Cloud)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada or Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; working hours are 9AM–5PM EST regardless of location.

Salary: CAD 59,000–74,000 annually, plus 30% target incentives.

What you will do

• Provide pre-sales support for Microsoft Azure, M365, and hirify.global CSP solutions.
• Deliver customer solution recommendations and technology roadmaps.
• Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and strategic account plans.
• Manage Microsoft opportunity pipelines and monitor performance across assigned territories.
• Identify Microsoft programs, incentives, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams, Microsoft counterparts, customers, and partners through events and co-sell initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep understanding and strong technical proficiency in Microsoft cloud solutions.
• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience in sales.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft cloud or volume licensing solutions.
• Experience with consultative selling, customer pain-point analysis, and positioning Microsoft products and services.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills, including executive-level communication.
• Ability to work 9AM–5PM EST regardless of location.
