Product Manager (Web3)

Compensation: $110,400 – $220,800 per year (plus bonus, equity, and benefits)

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for engagement and loyalty across hirify.global and Pro platforms.
• Own key product metrics including retention rate, session frequency, and LTV.
• Drive product development across the full lifecycle, focusing on utility and behavioral reinforcement.
• Implement growth loops, gamification, and social features to encourage usage frequency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Partner with Marketing to build targeted engagement campaigns and personalized messaging strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on engagement, retention, or lifecycle growth.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data for decision-making.
• Experience in growth product management, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
• Track record of launching engagement features like notifications, loyalty programs, or community tools.
• Experience working with both mobile and web applications.
• Enthusiasm for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
