Program Manager, Scaled User Programs

Location: United States

Salary: $115,000–$158,050 USD annually, depending on pay zone. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and own the AMER Scaled User Programs strategy in alignment with regional priorities and learner growth targets.
• Design and execute structured, repeatable customer training and enablement programs that increase engagement and support customer adoption.
• Audit and optimize program infrastructure, including Airtable, Docebo, dashboards, access systems, and automation.
• Track program demand, capacity, priorities, stakeholder requests, performance, risks, and learner funnel insights.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Enablement teams to support growth within priority accounts.
• Represent AMER in global forums and provide executive-level program reporting.

Requirements

• Experience managing high-volume, top-of-funnel enablement programs that drive engagement at scale.
• Proficiency with Airtable, Docebo, or similar LMS and database platforms.
• Experience building stable, system-driven, scalable, and repeatable operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including prioritizing competing requests and maintaining focus on regional objectives.
• Experience developing regional roadmaps and translating organizational goals into actionable initiatives.
• Ability to work in the United States.
