Engineering Manager, Connectivity (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and development of connectivity solutions for internal users and customers.
• Own large product areas and build features end to end across frontend, backend, system design, debugging, and testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship product features.
• Deliver high-velocity, high-quality experiments and manage the product lifecycle from concept through production.
• Shape the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team.
• Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
• Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid team in San Francisco or New York City.
