What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of large language model systems for natural-language interaction with the network digital twin.
• Develop agentic AI capabilities for query generation, query summarization, conversational interaction, and automated network analysis workflows.
• Guide systems that interpret user intent, plan multi-step workflows, invoke platform APIs and query engines, and synthesize trusted network data.
• Plan AI roadmaps, estimate effort, prioritize engineering work, and track delivery using project management tools such as JIRA.
• Coordinate machine learning, backend, and frontend engineering teams with product management and user-experience teams.
• Manage and mentor machine learning engineers, support hiring and performance reviews, and oversee production incidents and continuous improvement for deployed AI systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 24 months of relevant experience.
• Experience leading machine learning and platform engineering initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering work and manage technical project execution.
