Technology Services, Project Manager (Technology Services)

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program

hirify.global's Technology Services team delivers enterprise infrastructure, applications, and end-user technology services across its business groups.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of infrastructure, application, security, and enterprise technology projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Manage execution, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and project performance.
• Establish project governance, steering committees, status reporting, decision frameworks, and project documentation.
• Coordinate technology engineers, architects, business stakeholders, senior leaders, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, compliance, schedule, budget, and business outcome requirements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience managing technology or IT projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering complex application, infrastructure, buildout, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, project budgets, vendors, and governance structures.
• Strong capabilities in scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, planning, analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, security, technology governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks.
• Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks or PMO environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, enterprise application implementations, mergers and acquisitions, or business integrations.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies.
