Associate Director, Commercial Forecasting, Respiratory

Location: Remote most of the time with purposeful in-person collaboration; occasional domestic travel of up to 10% may be required

Salary: $155,000–$201,500 annually

What you will do

• Execute and maintain commercial forecasts across respiratory indications.
• Build and maintain forecasting models for the respiratory portfolio.
• Translate forecast outputs into clear commercial narratives.
• Estimate and articulate commercial opportunities for respiratory products.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, FP&A, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial demand forecasting within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare consulting environments.
• Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead without formal authority.
• Ability to adapt and execute in an evolving environment.
