Senior Manager, Finance - Business Partnering & Pricing

Location: Herndon, Virginia, United States. Eligibility requires U.S. Person status, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee. Certain responsibilities may be subject to U.S. export control and ITAR requirements.

Salary: $149,000–$217,800 annually for the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Colorado range: $135,000–$198,000 annually; other states use location-specific market ranges.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to business and functional leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and analysis of revenue, margins, costs, and investments.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, financial models, and long-range plans for strategic decisions.
• Support pricing strategy for new business, renewals, products, services, and strategic customer engagements.
• Build pricing models, evaluate deal economics and profitability, and coordinate reviews with Sales, Business Development, Contracts, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Improve pricing governance, reporting, financial controls, data quality, and process efficiency while coaching finance talent as applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of progressively responsible experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, pricing, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing financial models, forecasts, business cases, and pricing or profitability analyses.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, revenue and cost drivers, margin analysis, and investment decisions.
• Ability to communicate complex financial recommendations to executive audiences and lead teams, major workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience using AI and automation tools. U.S. Person status is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with complex products, services, subscriptions, long-term contracts, government contracting, proposal pricing, cost estimating, FAR/CAS requirements, or related compliance frameworks.
• Background in government, aerospace, defense, geospatial, technology, or data-services businesses.
• Experience with competitive analysis, price-to-win, sensitivity analysis, portfolio pricing, or finance and pricing process improvements.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
