Pricing and Policy Insights Manager

Location: Plainsboro, New Jersey, United States; 0–10% overnight travel required.

Salary: $99,600–$184,200 base compensation annually, plus eligibility for a company bonus.

What you will do

• Evaluate healthcare reform, federal and state legislative changes, transparency initiatives, and their financial and strategic impact.
• Develop scenario impact models covering pricing, profitability, government pricing calculations, and key commercial channels.
• Monitor pharmaceutical market access and net-price evolution, including impacts on URA and 340B calculations.
• Prepare pricing and policy analyses, risk reports, investor-relations materials, roadshow content, and presentations for senior management.
• Partner with policy, legal, compliance, government pricing, market access, finance, strategy, marketing, and other internal teams.
• Support analytical tools and methods that improve customer profitability assessment and decision-making, including ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in pricing, contracting, forecasting, consulting, portfolio analysis, policy analytics, finance, or reporting.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills, with advanced attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Leadership, project leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills across multiple levels of the business.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and other key platforms.
