What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable banking products.
• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Develop relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and a structured sales process.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technologies and refer them to relevant areas of the bank.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, services, technology, and policies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or a bachelor's degree.
• With a high school diploma or GED: 2 years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• With a bachelor's degree: 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• At least 1 year of knowledge of consumer and business deposit products and lending, or business-to-business sales experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
