What you will do

  • Lead EMEA market access strategy for the IVL portfolio, assessing market dynamics, competitive landscapes, reimbursement policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Shape pricing strategies, contracting approaches, reimbursement models, value assessments, and financial forecasts with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize market entry, growth, funding, segment, and site-of-care opportunities, translating access insights into expansion plans.
  • Oversee reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers, evidence reviews, and HEOR/RWE activities across priority EMEA markets.
  • Build relationships with payers, policymakers, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, industry associations, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic support across LATAM, Emerging Markets, and the Middle East, including business cases, portfolio prioritization, governance, and partner or distributor opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or HEOR; medical device and cardiovascular experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading reimbursement and/or HTA submissions across multiple countries, with accountability for strategy, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Strong business development and commercial acumen, including opportunity assessment, business case development, market entry planning, and strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of payer and reimbursement systems, policy development, health economics, outcomes research, regulatory guidelines, and reimbursement compliance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams and supporting KOLs and senior commercial leaders in payer, procurement, and hospital administration engagements.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

  • Additional languages for key international markets.
  • Experience with Markov modelling, decision tree analysis, evidence reviews, literature presentation, and real-world evidence.
  • Experience with international medical device markets, distributor or partner models, and deal support.
