Junior Business Consultant (Automotive): Supporting strategic sustainability programs, project governance, and transformation initiatives for Automotive and Manufacturing clients with an accent on KPI analysis, sustainability reporting, and client deliverables. Focus on coordinating milestones, risks, and dependencies, defining transformation roadmaps and target operating models, and preparing business cases for complex initiatives.
Location: Milano (MI), Italy, with smart working possibility
Salary: €29,000 gross annual base salary

What you will do
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of strategic sustainability programs and business transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to project governance through status reports, client dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, delivery timelines, and alignment with sustainability objectives.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data and KPIs for decision-making, performance tracking, and sustainability reporting.
- Support sustainability transformation roadmaps, target operating models, organizational change initiatives, business cases, and strategic analyses.
Requirements
- Degree in Innovation and Technology Management, Economics and Technologies for Sustainability, Environmental Change and Global Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize activities, and operate in dynamic environments.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Interest or short experience in the Automotive industry or sustainability.
- Academic or project experience in PMO activities, project management, or business analysis.
