Senior Consultant - Strategy Consulting (Healthcare)

Salary: €55,800–€83,800 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver consulting projects and workstreams for pharmaceutical, biotech, private equity, and investment fund clients.
• Develop recommendations across commercial excellence, go-to-market and launch strategy, portfolio optimization, and buy-side and sell-side M&A.
• Engage with clients, present tailored solutions, and contribute to client meetings and workshops.
• Conduct desk research and quantitative analyses using internal and external sources.
• Create reports, presentations, and other client deliverables while supporting proposal development.
• Plan and oversee project execution, coordinate multiple workstreams, manage timelines, and supervise junior team members.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Economics, Management, or Engineering with a strong academic record.
• 5+ years of experience at a primary management consulting firm.
• Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel data analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and lead or guide team members.
