Field Analytics & Reporting Associate Director, Kidney (Pharmaceutical Analytics)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid work is available remotely up to two days per week, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $157,800–$236,600 base salary annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Own field reporting business needs, system requirements, development oversight, and deployment planning for field, management, and headquarters users.
• Design, build, and roll out analytical dashboards and Power BI enhancements for commercial field teams.
• Perform ad hoc analyses using prescription, claims, retail, institutional, field activity, and related channel data.
• Partner with IT, vendors, Data Management, Marketing, Market Access, Forecasting, and Marketing Science on roadmaps, data definitions, business rules, and warehouse optimization.
• Monitor field performance, KPIs, inquiries, and feedback to identify training, communication, adoption, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Advise field and sales leadership on risks, barriers, accountability, performance gaps, and solutions that improve field effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering complex analytics for pharmaceutical product launches, including brand planning, field strategy, channel optimization, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouses and Power BI analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales operations, CRM, customer data management, retail and institutional sales data, field reporting, and incentive compensation.
• Experience communicating complex data insights to business unit and field leadership and working with field sales teams.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, business communication, and technical skills, plus knowledge of the life sciences industry.
