Analytics & Capabilities Manager - Revenue Growth Management

Location: Chicago, IL, USA; hybrid work model. This role is available only to local candidates already authorized to work in the United States. Relocation support is not provided.

Salary: USD 116,380–143,740 per year, plus target bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support revenue growth management projects and high-priority analyses across Family Care brands.
• Rotate across pricing, promotion, and PPA initiatives while expanding RGM capabilities.
• Perform complex ad hoc analyses and maintain analytical tools with accurate, timely outputs.
• Build and enhance tools in Excel, Power BI, and other software to improve speed to insight.
• Support the incorporation of AI into business processes and decision-making tools.
• Help develop and roll out Next Gen RGM solutions and internal everyday tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of professional revenue growth management experience, ideally in consumer packaged goods or food and beverage.
• Working knowledge of NIQ/Circana POS, panel, loyalty, financial, trade, and other CPG-related data.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate analysis and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States; relocation support is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
