Financial Services Representative

Location: Walterboro, South Carolina, United States; office-based role with regular in-person attendance, occasional local travel to banks and offsite locations, and possible weekend or extended hours.

Salary: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, closing loans, and identifying additional financial product opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and establish payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and answer tax-related questions in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist customers with applications, payments, account questions, issue resolution, and tax services in person.
• Process payments, balance cash, complete bank runs, and maintain accurate records and required documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance; able to independently complete bank runs and transport deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, phone, and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing office environment and meet performance, compliance, and training requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, retail, restaurants, hospitality, collections, call centers, insurance, healthcare front office, or similar customer-facing roles.
