Loan Sales Specialist (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Pueblo, Colorado, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with extended hours and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Salary: $17.00–$19.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Listen to customers’ needs and present tailored financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Meet individual and branch goals while delivering responsive, empathetic service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and provide timely service.
• Goal-oriented approach and motivation to achieve results.
• Availability for onsite work during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours or Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
