Loan Sales Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Thornton, CO; onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours and occasional Saturday work.

Salary: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, plus performance-based additional compensation.

What you will do

• Manage customer interactions throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Present tailored financing solutions based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Manage loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms and optional insurance products.
• Work toward individual and branch goals while adapting to changing demands.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work onsite in Thornton, Colorado.
• Ability to work standard business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.
• Strong multitasking, communication, customer service, and goal-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service.
• Spanish bilingual skills.
